Erica Linde – PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Erica was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. She moved to Nova Scotia in 2010 where she earned both a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University.

Following graduation in 2017, she spent eight years in private practice in Nova Scota’s Annapolis Valley during which time she worked with a diverse range of clients of all ages, treating musculoskeletal conditions related to both everyday function, work injuries and recreational activity.

Dedicated to a client-centred approach, Erica prioritizes meaningful, individualized care. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and lifestyle, ensuring that treatment and exercise programs are tailored to their unique needs. Her practice emphasizes education and evidence-based care, empowering clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation and overall wellness.

Erica is committed to ongoing professional development and has completed postgraduate training in Dry Needling, Functional Movement Assessments, and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).

Outside of physio, Erica enjoys the staying active through training and completing in triathlons as well long-distance running. She also enjoys hiking and camping with her partner and their Australian Cattle Dog Bindi.
