Jo Grewal – PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Jo Grewal was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec.  Growing up swimming competitively, playing ice hockey and soccer year round, Jo experienced her fair share of sport related injuries. Her personal experience with her physiotherapist treating her ankle injury is what interested her in becoming a physiotherapist.

Jo completed her studies at the University of Ottawa and soon after made Ottawa her home. She is happily married with a young toddler aspiring to be a play-doh master.

Jo has taken various courses including ART, Graston, Dry needling and several concussion management courses.

Jo joined the Westphysio family in early 2019 and currently works full time out the Carp location. You may have noticed her on the Westphysio float at this year’s Carp Christmas Parade rocking a Santa hat!
